This track is suitable for people experiencing anxiety or depression, or those simply wanting to experience an inspired and expanded state of wellness and confidence.

Please choose your nutrition and exercise protocol under the guidance of your GP or appropriate medical professional. Your health is ultimately your responsibility, and as an exercise professional with nutrition accreditation and nutrition psychology, I am only able to give generic adivice and general population advice.

CAUTION - DO NOT listen to these hypnotherapy track when you are required to concentrate on tasks, and be present in any activity. Do not drive a car, operate heavy machinery, or engage in any other tasks that require you to be alert.
These tracks are prescription hypno-meditations, and you will be able to access trance readily and easily the more you listen.

Optimal listening is 90 times (daily for 3 months), and can be ongoing after that if required, or sporadic as deemed necessary.Neuroplasticity may be observed via EEG after as little as 15 listens.

Please listen at least once daily. Upon waking or before sleeping is generally best, as we are close to or easily access the theta trance state at these times. You may listen multiple times a day. After listening consciously to the track at least 5 times, you may then turn the track down in the background - just loud enough for you to hear and tune in if you need to, but you don't have to. This is an extremely effective way of 'netting' time if you are time pressured.

The Beliefit® Mind Body Program
Beliefit® Mind Body is a guided program delivered by a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, and Personal Trainer. It combines the power of subconscious change with simple, practical lifestyle strategies, creating a holistic and sustainable approach to weight release and wellbeing.
Through the seven stages of the program, you learn how to work with your mind, body, and nervous system in ways that feel grounded, compassionate, and achievable. You receive structured education, hypnosis tracks, and supportive guidance, along with the option of one or two personal training sessions each week to help integrate movement safely and confidently.
You also receive online support throughout, so you never feel like you are navigating this journey alone.

Why hypnosis?
Many people already know what to do, such as eating well, moving regularly, sleeping well, and managing stress. Yet follow through can still feel difficult. This often happens because deeper beliefs, emotional patterns, and automatic habits operate below conscious awareness.
The hypnotic state helps you gently explore and release these patterns. While mindset is supported through hypnosis, nutritional coaching and simple exercise strategies are woven through the program. This allows change to occur in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Beliefit® program offers practical tools to help you develop a healthier relationship with food, movement, self talk, and identity. It is a mind, body, and soul approach that draws on Terryl’s experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, a registered Personal Trainer, and a meditation and Reiki practitioner. The intention is to guide you toward lasting wellness with an approach that feels clear, gentle, and achievable.

For years, clients asked for a simple program that addressed both the physical side of weight and the deeper subconscious patterns that make long term change difficult to maintain. Many people could not always attend sessions due to distance, finances, or availability, yet still needed something supportive, safe, and effective.
​
Over nearly two decades working closely with clients, I noticed something important. When the underlying emotional and identity factors remained unaddressed, people could rebound when stress increased, even after doing very well for a period of time.
​
My passion has been to create a pathway that builds resilience, identity, and self trust, while gently retraining the mind and body toward healthier patterns. Hypnotherapy became a powerful tool for releasing deep beliefs and building new internal habits.

This program includes twenty downloadable hypnosis protocols delivered across seven stages of focus. Each stage supports identity change, commitment, emotional regulation, and practical behavioural shifts, so progress becomes more natural and sustainable.
