MEET TERRYL

A mind body approach to lasting wellbeing

I’m Terryl Maddocks, a Clinical Hypnopsychotherapist and Personal Trainer, and my work centres on helping people feel clearer, stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves.

Over the past 18 years I have worked across personal training, mind body coaching, and clinical hypnopsychotherapy — and I’ve seen how powerful it is when the body and mind finally begin working together.

Beliefit exists to bridge those worlds.

It brings together movement, nervous-system awareness, supportive nutrition guidance, hypnotherapy, and practical psychology so you can move toward wellbeing with confidence and clarity, at your own pace.

What I care about

My focus is not quick fixes.
It is steady, meaningful change.

Together, we explore patterns, release what has been keeping you stuck, and build habits that support your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Many people come for weight release, energy, confidence, anxiety support, or deeper self trust, and stay because they feel genuinely supported.

If you are curious about what might be possible, I would love to connect and talk about your goals.
