Health & Safety Disclaimer – Beliefit Mind-Body Training

Your health and well-being remain your responsibility.

Please use your own judgment and seek guidance from a trusted General Practitioner (GP) or qualified healthcare professional when beginning any health, fitness, or lifestyle program. This principle is about empowerment, recognising where your body is right now, developing reverence for it, and cultivating genuine care and respect for yourself.

Food serves as both nourishment and therapeutic support for the body. I am accredited as a personal trainer, with qualifications to provide general meal planning guidance and apply principles of nutrition psychology. I am not a medical doctor and I am not a qualified dietitian or clinical nutritionist. Where medical or clinical advice is required, always follow the guidance of your GP or relevant specialist, especially if you have existing medical conditions or specific dietary requirements.

If you are currently experiencing mental-health challenges — including diagnosed psychosis, schizophrenia, or other psychiatric conditions — please consult your treating medical professional before listening to these tracks. They are suitable for individuals experiencing anxiety or depression, as well as for anyone seeking an inspired and expanded sense of wellbeing and confidence, provided your healthcare professional agrees.

Choose your nutrition and exercise approach in consultation with your GP or an appropriate medical professional. As an exercise professional with training in nutrition psychology, my role is to provide general, population-level education and support, not personalised medical treatment.

Caution: listen to hypnotherapy tracks only when you can safely relax. Avoid listening while driving, supervising children, operating machinery, or performing any task that requires full attention and concentration.

These recordings are structured hypno-meditations designed to help your mind access trance states more easily over time.

For best results, listen regularly. A recommended practice is daily listening for approximately 90 sessions (around three months), with the option to continue as desired. Observable neuroplastic changes have been recorded via EEG in some individuals after as few as 15 listening sessions.

Aim to listen at least once each day, shortly after waking or before sleep can be ideal, as the brain more readily accesses the theta state at these times. You may also listen more frequently if helpful. After five conscious, attentive listens, you may choose to play the track softly in the background, just loud enough to notice if you wish to tune in, which can make practice easier during busy periods.
